The fall festival pumpkin 🎃 spice pancakes 🥞 were very nice hot with heated butter pecan syrup topped with whipped cream and chopped pecans too. It was yum yum 😋 for my tum tum.
They brought use Ice Tea that smelled like rotten milk and charged us for it. The women's restroom was horrible. Someone had vomited in there. The toilet seat was for a household toilet and not a commercial toilet. Paper towels everywhere. Never asked us if our food was ok. I never put negative comments on Facebook. But will never be returning to IHOP by Merle Hay Mall.
8-19-2017 My daughter & i both enjoy IHOP so we stopped at the one on Merle Hay. The food & service were great but the bathrooms were a nasty mess
We had an excellent experience. A staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Sunday morning rush. The pancakes were ok but not worth the 30 min wait plus waittress that was inattentive.
Really bad day for them. Waited for ever for everything, to be seated, to have orders taken, for the food which was terrible, couldn't get a second cup of coffee, had to wait for check and then for some one to the money. They should have paid us for all the bad service.
Evidently, we arrived after a rush. Our table wasn't clean, nor the chairs, when seated. They came back and cleaned them. The floor was very messy but eventually swept. There was lots of banging of pans n doors near us, near bathroom, from workers. One young man was still wringing out a cloth as he entered the dining area, getting drops of water on the floor and carpet. Very strange behaviors for this restaurant.
