our waitress was excellent, didn't catch her name. food came fast and was good.
At Urbandale IA - hair in orange and food 🤮!! Forgot a part of our order so came late - food was not very warm. But to top it off the wait staff and kitchen cooking stafff are yelling back and forth to each other.

We had a great Christmas breakfast, even took some home for later. Sorry people had to work but they where full. Service was the best. Urbandale IHOP thank you
The service was spectacular. Food was good
Absolutely terrible! My family and I waited 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. Everyone around us had their food ordered except for us. Meanwhile all the servers were standing at the server station laughing and having a great old time. We got up and left. Wouldn't recommend at all. Terrible service.
The service wasn’t very good and some guy that works there had his small child running around in the kitchen area which is not safe.
