RecommendedWe went for free pancake day (we ordered other food too) and had to wait about 30/mins. They were SWAMPED. I have type 1 diabetes and my blood sugar was dropping super low. I explained what was going on to the male manager last night (I believe he was a manager) and he dropped everything he was doing to grab me a Pepsi so I wouldn’t pass out. Never again got seated waited and waited no wait staff finally noticed me wanted to know if I new what I wanted to order said that my waitress was leaving.....so why did she sit me over there if there was nobody working dumbest crap I ever heard told the waitress than I'll just leave and I did won't be back been going here for yrs service and food gone really down hill
Waited 15 minutes for my drink she brought the drinks with the food then never came back had to go ask for the ticket worst service iv ever had
Food was great except for one item. I love ihops pancakes and tonight was a serious let down. Pancakes we're mushy, lacked fluffiness, flavor and proper color. Red velvet is my favorite cake. My experience tonight quite possibly may have ruined it for me. Manager was cussing loud enough to be heard clearly in the dining room. Very unprofessional staff since last time I stopped in. Perhaps better training or bring Gary back never had a bad experience with Gary working.
Our waitress was nice, smiling & attentive. We didn't wait long, & the food was hot & fresh. The cinnamon roll pancakes were amazing! The restaurant was clean & pleasant.
