I recently worked on the loan side with Jesse Hermreck at iHomesColorado and was very impressed with the communication, negotiation skills, and enthusiasm that Jesse possessed. During the process, we discovered a big inspection issue with the home that needed to be remedied. I don't know how Jesse managed to negotiate the inspection resolution that we got, but he did. It is rare when I sellers fix what needed to be fixed, and surely Jesse had a lot to do with working through this. Thank you for a seamless transaction Jesse!
I am not in the habit of writing reviews one way or the other, but i cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Issac and his company. Everyone that works there is great!
