Bought my house over a year ago and just checked my email with Justen Martin checking in with a video. If that's not great customer service I don't know what it is. I've dealt with realtors in the past and Justen truly made this experience personal.

We just bought our first home, with Kyle. As first time home-owners, the entire process was intimidating and scary but Kyle was with us the entire way and made what could have been an awful experience as pleasant as possible. He was always easy to reach when we had questions and did a great job negotiating us a great deal. Thanks, Kyle!
We have worked with Kyle Blanton, he is very nice, friendly, and thoughtful. We went through a lot of viewing and not once that he rush nor push us just to purchase. He is alway there to walk us through from viewing properties, refer us to the right lending, and lastly closing. I would think he give up on us since step two(the loan approval). I was a first time home buyer, and my rep Kyle could not have made the process any easier for me. Honestly, I don't know how I would have gotten through this process without him. Extremely kind, generous, responsive, genuine, diligent service like I've rarely if ever seen from anyone in the service industry.
