This use to be a good office, until money took precedent over patients and care. My appt. was at 3:10 I arrived at 2:50 like the web site said. I still waiting after 45 min. Told them i was leaving because my time is just as valuable as theirs. No one cared or said they were sorry. Everyone should come late to their appt. Don't go here !!!!! I'm switching to ProMedica I've had enough.
This office is a prime example of a disaster. If it can be done wrong it will be. Appointments, scheduling blood draws, transfusions, infusion or even filling your prescriptions. Time to find another place to go.
I can’t be sure if it’s arrogance or ignorance, maybe a combination. I don’t recommend the Doctors. They don’t listen ,they preach. Very disappointed with the Milan branch of IHA.
