Doctors are great. Office staff is absolutely horrible. I have had nothing but bad service from them eveytime i go.
Clean, friendly and quick! Did I say quick? Online check-in makes things so much easier! Now if I could just feel better! 😛
The office employees need to learn to how to position bad news and actually take the time to help patients with their questions. Don't treat them like another number if you're going to advertise personable care.
