I am holding out full judgment until I have another visit, but so far I am not feeling very positive about my experience with this practice. I am new to town and needed a new PCP so I scheduled a physical. The receptionists were great and the true bright spot. The doctor I saw had an almost bizarre bedside manner and made me feel uncomfortable. The nurse who called me about a follow-up was snappy and didn't want to answer questions. Doctor jessica took me off my meds right before i had a huge work test that would have gotten me a raise, i also had an interview for a promotion but i failed both test and interview, due to Repercussions of ending my adhd meds, her reason, cause i use medical marijuana for back pain instead of becoming addicted to vicodin. Doctor Tai had me on meds that helped since i was young and Jessica tossed it all of the window.

The doctors are great! But the administration is terrible. In the last year, the dermatology group continued to bill the wrong insurance which I called and emailed at least 4 times as well appeared in person with the proper insurance cards. I was assured each time the matter was handled until of course I received the bill with "no insurance" on it. Then the lab results were late in posting online. Great place. Now that I know I can check in online I will make sure to do that next time. Fast, courteous staff. Great doctors. Staff passed out bottled water and snacks. I was treated better than I would have been at my own doctors office!
The do not wait on patients who come in the door right away go ahead and Check in online and get seen. I wouldn't ever go here again. People are rude and the people in here have no idea of how to cover-there mouths. They suck
Showed up on a Saturday afternoon, in and out in about an hour, including three stitches for my son's injury. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable.
