Awful first time experience in February 2020. Well visit/new patient visit only. Billing practices are beyond deplorable and we've been going round and round with them and they've been paid by BCBCM. And yet bills keep getting sent over and over. We call and they say "oops-we're sorry. We'll look into it. We see you're correct" and yet nothing changes.
Answer the phone! They have grown "way too big for their britches"! Shameful! We have been a patients long before IHA swallowed up Associates in Internal Medicine and Child Health.👎
Everything was great , the time the front desk the doctor except the lady that came back and gave me my papers she had a bad attitude and didn’t want to be there , too sad
It is a complex set of healthcare professionals that work very well as a team. I have been lucky to find numerous doctors who are outstanding. I feel in good hands at IHA WestArbor.
They could add 10 more people to take the calls that are piling up because they have completely screwed up their system changover!
For three days in a row I have called and get the automated voice, put on hold and 45 minutes later I hang up because no one picks up the phone. I have tried pushing different buttons but keep getting directed back to the same place. How the heck is anyone to make an appointment or change the script the that the doctor wrote incorrectly?!
What is the point of an online check in and appointment time? I’ve been here a couple times and EVERY time I’m not called back until at least 40 minutes AFTER my online appointment time, sometimes an hour. Yet you send text and emails to be here 30 minutes early. Absolutely ridiculous!
Constantly running behind IF you can get in with your primary care physician. So disappointing. They might charge if you miss an appointment, and I would like to do the same. Very frustrating
