Every time I’ve gone here the wait has been ridiculous. Today I had an appointment and waited for almost an hour, no one said anything to me as to why. I recently changed my PCP after Dr Bruce refused any sort of treatment besides Ibuprofen (which I cannot take and it's clearly indicated in my chart) or over the counter remedies (I had already tried, thus the reason I went to him). Without any other options, I wound up at the ER with Bronchitis and a bad Sinus Infection. Dr Bruce could have treated me but labelled it as a virus and sent me on my way, told me if I had it for 10 days, he would treat it. Highly recommend Dr Bruce. Very happy with service. Awesome doctor. Staff has always been good. I have no complaints
Worst service ever. Reception is unfriendly. Needed medicine and blood drawn and they basically told me to go somewhere else. Cannot miss on my medication, I'll be looking for new place.
Never on time. Does not show one once ounce of care.
