Terrible company to work for. No compassion for employees, no care if you have financial issues or not. They will hire you for full time work and only be scheduled one day a week or none. Not once at the interview was told on slow days they decide by finger pointing who would clock in for their shift. You’re not compensated for driving in and from work when advised no work for the day after arrival to start shift. At least reward for showing up. Poor management communication. Do not work here go somewhere else.

For starters whatever you do, do not give this place your time away from your family. They do not care about your well being Manager hangs out with the mechanic, to the point where employees seriously believe that they are having a affair with with each other. If you bring up anything to their attention about anything that has to do about issues with tractors, or a trailer they will just try to get to run it anyways. Worst job ever! Poor management, lack of communication. Bad work environment all around,non stop work, unimaginable percentages non existent insurance, their workers cheat and cherry pick orders to make their percentages so you can't, the rest of their staff stand around all day an watch. They try to take your breaks and do 10 hours work in 7 or 8 hours so they don't have to pay youand make sure you don't get overtime or incentives no one speaks English so it's very a big lack of communication their management will threaten ... read more
