I’ve been going to Dr. Igor for over 10 years, and I truly can’t say enough good things. Dr. Igor is incredibly skilled, honest, and always takes the time to explain everything, which makes every visit stress-free. The hygienists (Niurka and Beatriz) are absolutely amazing—so kind, thorough, and gentle, and they always make me feel comfortable. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. I wouldn’t trust my dental care to anyone else. Highly recommend!
I had a terrible experience with Dr. Igor Pasisnitchenko at G Dental.Two crowns were placed, and within the first year, I developed a severe infection under one of them. It caused damage to the surrounding bone and the loss of an additional healthy tooth. The doctor refused to admit that the infection started from the improperly fitted crown.Now the second crown has fallen out with a bad smell and infection again. We lost three teeth and a lot of money.Please be careful — I don’t recommend this clinic to anyone.
Dr Igor is an excellent Dentist. He is also very personable as well as informative. He truly cares about his patients and goes the extra mile to make his patients comfortable and confident in his abilities.

Best doctor and best office in south Florida
With Dr.Igor I placed four front implants and bone grafting. My worries about the pain went away on the first day of surgery (extractions and bone grafting).There was no pain during and after first surgery as well as during the following surgeries and other procedures. I felt no pain or swelling at all even on the first night and next day after surgery. I am very glad with the result. And I can say with certainty this doctor is a true master of his craft and you can calmly trust him.

Dr. Igor and his staff has been taking great care of me for over 3 years now. I have had both simple and complex dental procedures and Dr. Igor did a great job on every procedure. Also, he always has new technology in the office and always makes me feel like I am in good hands. I would recommend Dr. Igor to any of my family and/or friends without hesitation!
