What a unorganized place my mom has fallen noomurus times there I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
First night we understand a new admission takes time to get equipment together. Staff caring and knowledgeable of their duties and aware of what was going on.
Orientation was actually a lot of fun. I got the chance to meet some new people, and we even went out to eat together. They also offered us a free Starbucks drink, but I was a little too nervous to go up and get one. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m glad I got the opportunity to be there.
Our son likes the food here. Other places have not had such a good cook. The people here seem to be doing more than the last place he was at to help him with therapy. He had hernia surgery six months ago and had a lot of complications. When he first got out of his coma he was unable to move anything but his head. He is finally starting to walk with a walker. We hope he will be able to become completely mobile in another couple of months.
Advance sign in works very well and takes minimal time after the initial sign in; very impressive!
