Savannah really helped me review the charges on my account and was very patient and helpful with me.
I needed help with my move in inspection and Brianna was able to help me as well as Savanna I enjoy living here bc of the staff.
If i could give this place negative stars I truly would. Not only did management try to literally come into my apartment with absolutely no notice, they then came back another day to bang on my door before office hours, lock me in the office and tried to literally refrain me from leaving when I wanted to step out to make a phone call. literally HOLDING ME CAPTIVE!?!? DO NOT MOVE IN ! It’s my first month living in this place and I will list the problems that I have already faced: 1) Roaches. Roaches are everywhere, I have them in my room, in the bathroom, in the kitchen ( even fridge and oven) 2) A washing machine has been broken for three weeks now. All of my roommates and me requested maintenance, go to reception every day, people that work there smile at my face saying they have 150 other requests and that I can use the laundromat. 3) water, electricity are out of service very often. 4... read more
