This place has gone completely downhill. Years ago, Identity Miami used to be one of the best off-campus housing options for FIU students — now it’s one of the worst. The apartments are infested with roaches, and the staff is unhelpful and dismissive when you bring up concerns. Maintenance requests and pest issues are constantly ignored or brushed off. The property is very well managed and have been working on improvements for all floors. The staff is very helpful and friendly also make you feel very welcome onto the property
When having a tour to see if I’d possibly move in, I had the pleasure of having Dana as my tour guide. She took her time to show me any detail of each apartment and answered any question I had with grace and patience. Keep up the great work Dana!
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT!!!! My Bestfriend have been dealing with roomate issues because one of them decided to move their toxic abusive boyfriend into their 4x4 apartment without anyone’s permission and they have been fighting everyday, being loud, breaking stuff, smoking weed inside, and having the utilities going up too. She has contacted the office numerous times with proof and all, but they have not done anything useful for her. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the amenities are great. Every time I’ve had any issue maintenance deals with it immediately and that is very rare. All in all I’ve had a great experience at ID!
