Amber was so nice and helpful
I just had my visit to Ideal Dental and it went well. Dr. Bolus was very good at explaining how my procedure was being done and why we were doing it. Kaylie the RDA did a great just assisting and making sure the appointment went smoothly. Amber at the front desk was helpful when it came to dealing with my insurance and getting my appointment set up. 10/10 would recommend to anyone interested in going here.
Ive been to this location several times for routine cleanings and treatment and would highly recommend! Specifically, Kaylie the RDA was so personable and efficient. Dr. Bolus is so knowledgeable in educating me what was going on and on top of being so kind. Amber at the front desk made coordinating everything so smooth as well. They are always happy to help take care of you!
Super nice and efficient. Amber always has a smile on her face when she’s talking to you and Dr. Bolus was very gentle when delivering the news of wisdom teeth surgery to me. I appreciate them very much.
