Dr. Laguna and Randi spent a lot of time solving my problem with a crown that came off. No pain and very caring. They are very caring. The sfaff here is great too. I called and they got me right in. Convenient location, easy parking and close to a pharmacy if you need anything after. Scheduled my follow up.
The staff are all incredibly welcoming and professional. I cannot recommend this office enough. This is the first dentist I've been to that feels like they care and truly want to help you.
Tricked me into getting Invisalign and didn't fix the issue
I had the best experience at Ideal Dental University park. Randi my dental assistant was so knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel calm during some major dental procedures. Also she kept me laughing. She is a definite asset to this company. I hope she is there to assist on my next appointment. 5 stars to RANDI! I want to add my dentist Dr. Jorge Laguna has helped me with all of my dental procedures. 5 stars to Dr. Jorge Laguna!
