Dr. Atkins was amazing very thorough and detailed when explaining my treatment, which made me feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. The staff was also incredibly kind and took the time to clearly explain all the costs upfront. I really appreciated that it didn’t feel like a sales pitch at all; I was simply given my options and felt no pressure to proceed. Overall, a great experience
I had a really frustrating experience with Ideal Dental. I waited over 30 days for my appointment, only to have it rescheduled last minute. When I finally got in, I expected a routine cleaning—but instead, I was told I couldn’t get one unless I agreed to a “deep cleaning.” It felt more like a sales push than patient care. No real effort was made to get a standard cleaning, just pressure to move forward with a more expensive procedure. Really enjoy coming here for my dental work. The staff is wonderful, everyone genuinely cares about you here. The office is new and modern. Just a great experience here. Nothing but great things to say.
