I have tried my best to not give a low score or review, but after several issues here I am. My score of 2 could possibly be a 2.5 because of the office staff. This summer alone I have had 2 appointments cancelled at the last minute. The 1st one was because they could not verify my insurance. My renewed September 2024. I have been seen 3 times since then. Really a very nice clean and update place. The assistant was very good and professional during all the ex rays and preliminaries. The Dr. was very thorough and precise during the initial exam and realized that because of oral cancer I was going to require more work then she felt she could do for me, so she gave me a referral to someone whom could help. All being said it was a really a good experience and I highly recommend them to anyone needing good quality dental care.
Dr is amazing, always makes me feel comfortable during my visits !
