Dr. Calhoun is so amazingly talented. He has done some amazing surgeries on my pets. From saving my dogs eye by moving her spit gland to her eye to removing a cantaloupe sized tumor from my boys shoulder he has proved to me to be a superior surgeon. He loves my kids and kisses them as he loves all pets. He is truly sent from heaven.

I recommend IDVH because they are professional, compassionate, and caring. We started having health issues with my daughters most beloved Guinea Pig (the one that made her a piggie mommy) and we had to, in a short time, say goodbye and let him cross the rainbow bridge. My daughters and I bawled in the office and held him for the last few minutes of his life. The staff respected our privacy, checked on us to see if we were okay, and even asked us if we wanted more time with him and if we wanted to see him after he passed away... read more

Our family loves Idaho Veterinary Hospital! They take care of our dogs, cat, and even our gecko! Every time I've called in, the staff has been very helpful and gotten us scheduled right away. All of the staff we have seen have taken great care of our pets and treated them kindly and quickly. When I brought the gecko in, the staff helped me understand her care after I adopted her and found conflicting information online. I always leave with a smile! Thank you so much!
I absolutely love this exotic vet hospital. we take our bearded dragon Ember here and they are wonderful and so educational. I would highly recommend this place 💓 thank you Dee
