RecommendedI recommend Idaho Vet to everyone- I even got my parents to start bringing their pups there. They are always kind, professional, and very transparent. It is very obvious that their staff cares deeply for your animals and truly wants to provide the best care for them. I have a pretty nervous dog and they always take time to make her feel comfortable and at ease before working on her. My fur kids will be lifetime clients!
Dr.Calhoun and his assistant Bridgette were AMAZING!! We drove 6 hours to have our stud tested for fertility issues and although the results weren’t what we wanted, we were throughly impressed with the service, information, and pricing. As we continue to build a healthy breeding program we will continue to drive the 6 hours to see Dr. Calhoun as we couldn’t ask for better service. I look forward to a long term relationship with the IVH team.
Awesome place with doctors who are knowledgeable and care
Unfortunately I have switched vets. My kitty came in with a itchy bum and tummy. We were goin through the process of elimination before heading to a dermatologist. The derm. had given us instructions on a med for a possible mite being the issue (we NEEDED to eliminate this) Prescription was filled with a spendy price. Months later her problem is still here so we made the trip to the derm. Come to find out the wrong med was filled. I am not sure I have the correct words for the feelings I feel over our experience so far with IVH. Phenomenal. Dr Calhoun is absolutely wonderful, our puppy had to have some shoulder surgery and not only was the price quite affordable all things considered, the care Denali received was outstanding. Thank you for caring for our baby, and helping him get on the way to feeling better!

We came here due to the good reviews when our 1 year old lab was a baby. We have been very pleased. I’m very thankful for them today , they are accommodating and got us in right away for an emergency with our new puppy. Thank you for helping us take care of our babies !!!!
