RecommendedFirst time here. Came in to participate in the Breeders Weekend Clinic to get Dash’s final certifications for his CHIC. The facility is clean and spacious. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable.
I've brought 2 of my dogs in here and I refuse to go anywhere else. they are the most compassionate and loving! I reccomend everyone to idaho veterinary hospital. My 15 year old dog had some growths removed and they took such good care of her. I'm never worried leaving my dogs in their care.
Such amazing staff and service. We took our precious Bella in for an emergency visit and found out she had an infection. The staff was great and explained everything to us up front, gave her some antibiotics and we got to take her home. Wonderful service and everyone was so caring. Thank you!!!!
Highly recommend!! We took our Springer spaniel in who had a bad experience at another vets office making him very anxious and afraid and everyone at IVH took time with him and tried to reassure him. Very impressed and thankful for the gentle touch and the the care we received.
The vets and staff here are great! My only complaints are, it’s difficult to get in and a same day appointment to see your own vet costs more! So basically, if your pet gets sick, or injured and an appointment 2-3 weeks out isn’t going to work. They charge you $21.00 more and call it an urgent care fee. They also charge more than most veterinary hospitals I’ve ever been to. I came here from expensive California, and a dental here is 2-3 times more expensive. The care that they take with our animals is awesome. Been coming here for a long time. The staff/ people there are just amazing.
They always treat us with kindness. They take such good care of my little monkey man, Mojo! And when they don't know something dealing with a primate they take the time to find out.
