I signed up for 3 months. During that time I have gotten 5 saturday papers. I have called and used the automated system more times than I can count. I have spoken to multiple people. I have spoken to 1 person three times. I could not get them to stop and refund the time left on the 3 month subscription and yet I could not get the paper either. I am complaining to the Better Business Bureau and 6-On Your Side. I can't think of anyone else to complain to. Any ideas? I am beyond unhappy. I am disabled and could not get out all ... read more

I'm UN-liking your page today because of your liberal bias. You're in a conservative state and should care more about giving your readers the kind of news they want to read. We don't want liberal propaganda. When about 80% of your intended readers are conservative, you're foolish to publish liberal spin pieces.

Well no paper again today! The excuse of snow I get that but they have cleared it in front of my mail and paper box. This was happening even before the snow. I got one paper last week and it was under the snow, they could have at least thrown it towards the door. I'm getting real tired of this. I'm really thinking of cancelling my paper. I've talked to a lot of people and their thinking the same way. I understand the problem with the snow. I don't know if its the ones delivering the paper or what it didn't use to be this way... read more

My paper always late if I even get it that day and then have spend the morning trying to find the paper cause who the hell knows were they have thrown it again , it could be any were which I have called and complained a few times , and trying to get through to someone is a pain after you have press all these numbers to get to who your suppose to speak to (people in office and customer service very nice , there not my issue the is the delivery person ) .... about ready to cancel my subscription .....

They keep giving me the free paper on Wed. that I DO NOT WANT! I have to pick them up and put them in trash. QUIT PUTTING YOUR PAPER ON MY DRIVEWAY! As little as it may be, I dont want to pick them up! I see it as your throwing trash on my property! How would you like trash in the front of your building, on the top step every week to pick up? I could make it happen if you dont stop putting your papers on my driveway!
