Jim- thanks for letting us know you've had spotty delivery. We have experienced some explosive growth recently and our delivery network has not kept up as we had hoped. I would not recommend this newspaper, made several calls to them to ask where my newspaper was they assured me that it was to be delivered still waiting on my paper, I’ve been sitting here waiting two days on a news paper that I signed up for.. “promotion” LOL what a joke these guys are.. and they will not refund my money back to me.. “OK THIS IS THIRD DAY WITH NO PAPER” what kind of scam are there’s people running..

It's counter to the positive feedback we've received from our subscribers and the 5,000 new subscribers, who have been saying they appreciate that they can get news and sports for the whole Treasure Valley in one place now. While we have added staff to our sports department to now cover high school sports in Ada County, we haven't abandoned Canyon County. Ive called a couple times and asked for the delivery driver to put the paper in a bag and place at the front door so my 85 yr old grandma doesnt have to walk down her long driveway for her paper in the morning. I even called to cancel the other day because the driver still refuses to do either and was told because of a "contract" she couldnt cancel for 3 months and was reassured that they'd handle it and make sure the driver did as we asked...well, once again her paper was at the end of the drive way and completely soaked!

I wouldn’t recommend a subscription to the Idaho press to anyone I would also not recommend anyone work or contract a route with them. They are a very shady company. Pull peoples contracts for no reason when the week before they were golden.
