Our paper person is fantastic! She always delivers the paper, even in the nasty snow we had she was always on top of it!
Business response:
Thanks for the 5-star review Stacey. We love hearing that our carriers are doing great work!
Too willing to post whatever nonsense they feel will get people to read. Facts are no longer an important factor. Very sad.
Business response:
Hi John, is there something specific you're referring to that you think is not based in facts? We are committed to accuracy and would be happy to correct the record if you think there is something inaccurate.
If they'd change the comics and crossword page back to sensible i would resubscribe.
Business response:
Millie- we are sorry to hear that you are not a fan of our new comics and crossword. We appreciate that changes can be really frustrating. We are monitoring reader feedback closely and your comments are noted.
If you want your paper delivered, don't use Idaho Press Tribune. Very poor customer service!
Business response:
Teresa- we are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing some delivery challenges. We strive to provide our customers with great service, but clearly we need to do better. Please contact our customer service department so we can make it right at customersevice@idahopress.com.
April 15, a Saturday, 8:05 am still no paper, weather and streets clear, phone line busy ( called 8 times in the past hour) and the Statesman was out front at 06:15. So, answers please.
Piss poor, biased reporting. They love to leave out the facts and embellish falsehoods to sell a story!
Today I started reading the front page editorial about fixing I84. The article was supposed to continue on A17. I couldn't find A17. Am I missing a complete section of the paper or did you guys mess up?
Business response:
Juvanne, we had a production error on Saturday night, and the last two pages of the A section were inadvertently not printed. We will be rerunning the articles in full in Tuesday's paper. In the meantime, they are both posted in full at idahopress.com.
