Be careful of the "specials" they give you. Free tablet with a year subscription. Been complaining of a junk tablet the entire time! It has never worked! Tried to return tablet. No help but to pay it off in full. Horrible customer service! * I hung up on rude customer service lady. SHE CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT THE PAY OFF without permission!!

I like the paper in general needs some help here and there. BUT for this week I have yet to get my paper once. So correction, after talking to customer service, there was a screw up from the beginning of service sign up and the driver delivered to us when he shouldnt have. they got a new driver or something and corrected it so now only getting the paper on sundays and holidays. i still dont use their crappy tablet that they gave me. who wants it for free or like $50?

The other day I complained, no Monday paper, word game words so small you can't read, now, no TV guide. I forgot about the new comics that are not funny and the weather graphics that are cartoonish.
