Appreciate Idaho Falls Rentals! Idaho Falls Rentals sent me my deposit refund check in such a timely fashion. It was much appreciated. It is not always a very easy job to move, but the staff was very appreciative of all the work that I put into to cleaning the home up.
Wonderful Service! Idaho Falls Rentals has managed my properties wonderfully. They do a wonderful job of screening tenants ?? which helps keep my property nice while rented. They also keep my home occupied almost all of the time. My home is rarely vacant, and if it is I can count on Idaho Falls Rentals to be diligently working to rent it out. Great service! They take care of several homes for me. I was doing it myself and what a pain in the neck! They do a really good job, and my properties are almost never vacant. It used to take me a month to turn around and get a new tenant; they do it in a couple of weeks or less. I recommend Idaho Falls Rentals, Property Management to anyone that is tired of managing their rental homes on their own.
Good experience! These are the type of people that someone from out of town needs to deal with. They were attentive to detail, personal and got the job done with a high level of confidence. Very Helpful! Very friendly staff. We were in town looking for a place to rent on Friday and Saturday and they were the only company willing to show us around and help us. Our apartment is right by my husband's work and our neighbors are great. I recommend to anyone moving from out of town.
