Tom Idaho Falls Rentals does not care about the people only the MONEY. They will take your money and you have to chase them down for a responce they won't even return phone calls. the only person there that has a clue of customer service is the front desk. Don't Use. there a rip off they won't even tell you who is in charge or who owns the place.
