Been sitting here waiting to get my sons blood drawn since 9 am. There is no order as to how they are taking patients in the lab. Some come in and get out fast. And some have been here before I got here and still have not gotten there blood work done yet. Update over 45 min waiting and still not being seen yet. And then they say they only had 1 person in the lab to take blood. What kinda place staffs one person for the lab to draw blood for the lab section of the hospital..
We will forever be indebted to the entire staff of the PICU! Our daughter spent eight weeks there this Summer. In this time we got to know the entire staff and I can not say enough about everyone of them! During this terrifying time of our lives, every employee was always reassuring, with a 'when' and not 'if' she gets better.

If I could give 10 stars, it would be a start. Your staff from admittance to discharge were superb. My son had a tonsillectomy and was scared about the process as he had never had any surgery before. They calmed his fears, explained everything step by step, comforted him (and mom and dad) through every step. From the wonderful doctors to the amazing nurses to the support staff, you guys have it right. Thank you for caring for people so well.
