Like seriuously, kept on sending bills like no tommorrow. Customer service confirmed all payments consolidated and auto payment done and assured no other payments. Received bill again so called them and was again assured me to ignore it as all the payment is ongoing and no additional charges. Called me back again and said another amount is hanging around and needs to be added...like seriously whats wrong with you guys....Do you all have a proper system or a attentive customer service officer to give us proper guidance and in... read more
