Do not live here. Paper-thin walls, you'll hear your neighbors like they're in your own unit. Additionally, management will retain your deposit, which will be given to your landlord, who, as others have mentioned, often tends to misappropriate the deposit, and you will lose it despite the unit not being damaged.
Fake bird noises being admitted can be heard blocks away. The volume and noise that comes from the parking garage is insane, and will drive you insane. It absolutely bonkers, all in the name of trying to scare birds away. You will not be able to enjoy your balcony or any outside amenities. You will think you are going to murdered walking through the garage. Cannot believe the city allows it.
