Management and staff are generally lazy, rude, and unhelpful. They will screw up, and fine you for it. As a resident, I am heavily considering leaving as are a bulk of people who reside here. It seems almost every week, I have new neighbors. No one stays due to AWFUL management. They make life as difficult as possible for deliveries, mail, etc. No one responds, and when they do, they are dismissive and rude

I would not recommend this property. Our experience was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. 485 Brickell Avenue 4404 Miami Luxury 2BR Penthouse Brickell Water & City Views Booking Issues We paid an extra $123.90 for early check-in, only to arrive and find that the room had not been cleaned. ⸻ I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Icon Brickell & the W hotel. While the buildings itself may look upscale, the way management and staff treat people—especially delivery drivers and service workers—is unacceptable. The customer service is consistently rude and dismissive toward anyone delivering food or providing services for residents and guests.
