⸻ I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Icon Brickell & the W hotel. While the buildings itself may look upscale, the way management and staff treat people—especially delivery drivers and service workers—is unacceptable. The customer service is consistently rude and dismissive toward anyone delivering food or providing services for residents and guests. Terrible building
El hotel hermoso, pero la atención en la carpeta es mala en general, no te dan información de ningún tipo; la piscina no funciona los días de semana solo sábado y domingo, para lo caro que son los apartamentos no te dejan ni siquiera un pomo de agua, y para terminar el Vale parking carísimo, mi estancia no fue tan buena como esperaba.(La vista panorámica fue lo mejor de mi experiencia).
