Icon did a great job with my solar. It looks great and even though there was a hiccup in my process, they took care of it immediately and made things right. They were easy to work with and I'm very happy with their work. I found cheaper quotes but ultimately chose Icon because they do things all in house, and I knew I would deal with only one company that has a good reputation. I have other friends who've used ICON and they came highly recommended.

We tried to go with ICONpwr for our solar needs. I should have stopped this whole thing when the sales person plugged in all of her equipment into our sockets because her surface and her phone was dead. (this is covid time too) very Unprofessional. We were sold a 11kwh system at $46,975 total (34 panels/install/inverter) = $1381.62(avg panel) App was rejected by the utility company and only solution was to add a battery. ICON Power resolved my issue to 100% satisfaction. They stand behind not only their products but their salesman. At their great expense they are making things right . They are making sure my expectations are being met. Both the owner and Sales manager have taken time to call me and come up with a solution, at great expense to them. I would highly recommend ICON Power to anyone considering installing a Solar system. They took a negative and turned it into a huge positive - very rare in today's world.

Beware of this company's sales policies. The salesman tells you that you can keep your air on all the time, including peak hours set at 73/74 and you will still save money. Then after it's installed - which took 3 months, I actually received a bill from the financing company they use prior to the solar system even running. Then in the following summer the combined loan pmt plus the actual bill net of credits was higher than if i didn't have solar. THIS IS JUST ON COMMUNICATION, I CAN'T SPEAK TO INSTALLATION. I had done a previous review and also e-mailed the company about a text message I received from a salesperson. The president and owner contacted me personally and we discussed my concerns about being careful with unsolicited contact. I was mainly upset because when they texted me, they claimed I asked for the contact and refused to tell me how they got my name. I received a text message from someone claiming their name was Christina with Icon Power. She claimed that I "requested a little info about solar" and gave me a sales pitch. Since I NEVER REQUESTED any such thing, this was a unsolicited text (and maybe illegal). When trying to find out how she got my number, she gave me the excuse "maybe someone referred you to us."
