Totally Mislead, shotty work, took 7 months to install, Electrical problems, keeps shorting out and breaker tripping. No one ever returns your calls, there's dozens of numbers, but no one ever answers. Poorly managed company. I live in ******, their company is in *******. 3 hour drive just to come service anything. ********! If you insist on solar, PLEASE do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

We signed a contract with Icon Power for installation of a solar system. We were deceived by the sales representative over the terms of the contract. Even when questioned about the payments and total costs, he blatantly lied to us. Now we are stuck. We realized now that we should have read the very small print and talked to a lawyer before signing. We trusted them to be honest and we never should have.

FWIW, it does look like your system has produced as expected, and avoiding some of the recent and potential future utility rate hikes will certainly provide some benefit.
Overall good experience. Town of Oro Valley took a while to approve but other than that it went smooth.

Just wanted to say that after much consideration we decided to go with solar. After listening to many different solar company's, we found that Icon Power was actually the best fit for our family and our needs. We are very happy with how the installation went. The crew was polite and even caution taped their work area and wore safety harnesses. The process was a 5 star experience compared to the company that installed the solar on our last home.

I looked at 5 firms and Icon Power had the most installations in my neighborhood. More importantly, their warehouse and install crews were right down the street from my house.
