Please be cautious:I was given a quote from Icon and promised 1. Free payments on my panels for 12 months. Then and additional 2 months because of a Veteran discount.; 2. Free pigeon guards on installation; 3. A smart thermostat; 4. Federal Incentive. I have hand written notes from *************************** and text exchanges confirming the free solar payments that ICON was to send me via check. SCAM !!! This company is a ripoff. Theyll sell you a good dream about all these savings and make promises they dont keep. Home owners be aware they are taking advantage of our community.
CAUTION!!!! Do not listen to lies from ICON Power. I was told I would receive a CHECK for about $8,000, that could be cashed and applied back to the solar debt. The words tax credit were NEVER used. I am a senior citizen, on a fixed income and I no longer pay income tax. I would have known that I would not be able to get a tax credit. By the time I realized the salesman had lied to me, it was 5 days later and too late to cancel the contract. The company offer me $500 to ease my financial burden, as they put it. On 17 April 2023, ICONPower rep. ******************* came to my door at approximately 2:15 p.m. I have three "No trespassing/ No Soliciting" signs at the front of my driveway, at the street. They are impossible to miss. He claimed he didn't see them. In other words, he trespassed on a posted property. From the reviews on this website and others, I have decided not to invest in the system.

We installed a fairly complicated solar plus battery project on our home here in ******. Icon Power did a fantastic job from the planning, customer experience, and how proactive they were to making sure the job was done right. Love the fact they were local, did their own installs, and had a lot of experience on projects like mine. Highly recommend them!

DONT DO IT!!!!!!! RUN AWAY. I had no choice but to pick a one star review because there was nothing lower! Any five star rating on this company is fake or most likely from an employee. EXTREMELY overpriced and terrible products compared to ANY other company out there. If you are thinking about going with Icon, DONT DO IT!! If you have a contract with them cancel it immediately and thank me later

This is NOT a customer. Unfortunately, this is a former sales rep who was brought on to help open a new market. After a significant investment from Icon, we didn't see the progress that was needed and had to move on. Icon's execution could have been better as well and we've learned a lot from it. We are actively trying to work with Brandon on resolving some of his hard feelings and hope that he will be open to discussing with us as we know he's a good guy and we wish him the best at his next opportunity.
