Absolute joke. Let’s start with the sales person Brian Woodward. We were told over and over that our system would cover our normal usage. Lie #1. My system barely covers 50% but when I reach out to Brian I get left on read with zero answers. But he has time to post all over Facebook. Lie #2 you won’t have a bill for the system till you get your credits rolling in. We had a bill for the system even before it was turned on. They will not pay for themselves. They estimated my solar system and now I'm paying way more then I ever would have. Said I'd have little to no bill it's between ****** every month. I was told they where looking Into it but they don't give their customers any feed back. My new inverter has error codes from months before my system was installed. Don't waste your money solar isn't worth it

This company came in and installed our solar panels 5 weeks ago and havent finished the job. They havent followed up or returned any of our calls about the job being finished. FIVE WEEKS of hearing from no one about scheduling and to only hear our sales rep **** say that he is just a middle person at this point and has the done the most he can do. Extremely irritating and annoying. Weve been patient up until this point. Its not that hard to follow-up.

Great work. Its rare to find a company that does everything in house and actually follows through on their promises. I did a bunch of research on ******* solar companies before hand and these guys were by far the best. The did great work and my system is function great.

They should not be doing door-to-door solicitation in gated neighborhoods where NO SOLICITING is posted. If your services are sought, then find another way to market. This is a seniors community and the perception of your product is tarnished.M *********************************************** ********, **

I received a phone call from one of the partners at Icon and he was great. Why? He listened and understood my frustration with the company. He went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer. In this day and age for a partner to take the time to actually call me speaks volumes about customer service and the character of the partners and management at Icon. Lousy company! Communication is warped and not consistent from day to day or person to person! Don't install solar with this company or any company! It's a scam and a rip off and it's something I regret doing. $14,000 is a lot to spend for major frustration and lies! When a company says the project will take 2 months then live up to that! If permits and site visits and inspections and further installs of equipment need to happen, then tell the consumer that! The sales people for this company must have been shipped over here to ******* where they are going door to door with super deceptive and pushy sales tactics. Had one come find me in my backyard with family visiting and just would not take no for an answer and actually became downright insulting to me on my own property. Looking on Next Door, dozens if not hundreds of locals are posting the same experiences. Something should be done about this practice.
