Was very disappointed to see what they call a "hot tub"
They claim to have a hot tub but realistically it’s a 3 inch deep freezing cold kiddy pool with some fire places in the same room. I don’t know who designed it but it’s the worst I’ve seen. This is not a real spa or a place to relax and unwind.
Very disappointed with the spa jacuzzi treatment. The rule is no use of cell phone or videos. No problem!! While in the jacuzzi a guy made videos, had phone conversation while in the spa. His phone rung he answered and 3 mins later the worker comes directly to the spa me and my fiancé are in and asked did we have a phone. I told him no someone’s phone just rung and it wasn’t ours. I visit Miami recently and I enjoy me a good spa but this just ain’t it. They have so many rules because they have residents there so you can’t do anything. For such a beautiful spa you can’t even take pictures. The airbnb host don’t communicate ANYTHING! I was also very concerned with a staff working there. She was pregnant and cleaning the gym but they had gentlemen staff that can do that.
