A pungent smell got stronger the closer I got to my room and landing, it was my room, building works had shut off the balcony and blackout netting made the room dark and smelly, staff were unhelpful and rude. A resident told me there had been multiple shootings and muggings outside the hotel, constant sound of sirens and shouting, also cars beeping throughout the day and night, do not leave or arrive after dark.

whatever you do don’t book this hotel don’t book an Airbnb here and definitely do not go to Spa. The workers are incredibly rude and barely speak English.

Generally a good experience. Quality was there, just a minor hiccup. Good but not quite perfect.

The icon tower three guest were denied access, even though they paid for the spa. The Spa confirms, but are unavailable and unwilling to help find the reservation because they said they are "system is down". Be careful when making a reservation here because if their system is down they cannot find Solutions to help. Guess that have paid And our register registered to use the Spa gym.
