The icon tower three guest were denied access, even though they paid for the spa. The Spa confirms, but are unavailable and unwilling to help find the reservation because they said they are "system is down". Be careful when making a reservation here because if their system is down they cannot find Solutions to help. Guess that have paid And our register registered to use the Spa gym.
I’ve been living here for 5 years and truly appreciate this gym more and more every year 🤍 ICON Gym is always very clean, beautiful and welcoming. The workout areas, yoga studios, mats and bathrooms are kept spotless, which makes such a big difference every day They always have drinking water, tea, towels and everything feels organized with care and professionalism. This place exceeded my expectations. Very well run operation. Glad I found this spot.
Woild love to give an actual review. W/o being obtuse w negative verbiage, be sure to bring 85 forms of ID and drops of blood from 4 generations to use the spa/sauna facilities . Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible client interaction as someone who also works in the hospitality industry. Not a great way to start a first " expensive" vacation. Beware. Kid at the spa desk did his job A+ not on him. . The manager(s) and concierge need hospitality classes or go work at motel 6.
