whatever you do don’t book this hotel don’t book an Airbnb here and definitely do not go to Spa. The workers are incredibly rude and barely speak English.

Generally a good experience. Quality was there, just a minor hiccup. Good but not quite perfect.
The icon tower three guest were denied access, even though they paid for the spa. The Spa confirms, but are unavailable and unwilling to help find the reservation because they said they are "system is down". Be careful when making a reservation here because if their system is down they cannot find Solutions to help. Guess that have paid And our register registered to use the Spa gym.
I’ve been living here for 5 years and truly appreciate this gym more and more every year 🤍 ICON Gym is always very clean, beautiful and welcoming. The workout areas, yoga studios, mats and bathrooms are kept spotless, which makes such a big difference every day They always have drinking water, tea, towels and everything feels organized with care and professionalism.
