Spa is gorgeous but the front manager isadore is not polite
In line with other reviews, cannot warn enough against going to this place..yes it is nicely designed but Isadora (the supervisor) probably manages to display the worst attitude of a customer facing employee I've seen in a long time. Rude, arrogant, condescending, escalating are the things I think of with regards to my encounter with her.
Was very disappointed to see what they call a "hot tub"
They claim to have a hot tub but realistically it’s a 3 inch deep freezing cold kiddy pool with some fire places in the same room. I don’t know who designed it but it’s the worst I’ve seen. This is not a real spa or a place to relax and unwind.
Very disappointed with the spa jacuzzi treatment. The rule is no use of cell phone or videos. No problem!! While in the jacuzzi a guy made videos, had phone conversation while in the spa. His phone rung he answered and 3 mins later the worker comes directly to the spa me and my fiancé are in and asked did we have a phone. I told him no someone’s phone just rung and it wasn’t ours.
