Used to be great building but new management has destroyed it pretty much. Looks like a haunted place. always electrical issues fire trucks water issues this is how the tap water comes down. Had to come up 48 flights of stairs twice this week because of mismanagement. In case of emergency they are not prepared take your money as far away as you can go to reach rise or panorama instead.
