The most ethical jewelers, we have ever experienced!! We always been well cared for by Vic, Raffi and their father; Garo. This is a family owned business and they truly care about their customers.
Bought an expensive ring. It broke in two months, wanted to charge us to fix it. Could not believe it. Customer Service is not in their vocabulary! Bit of advise, look elsewhere..... We took the ring to another jeweler! Very disappointed with them!
My husband and I got my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands at Icing on the Ring. Ara remembers us every time we come in and always gives us really great, personalized, service. All three of our rings were custom-made exactly how we wanted them, and were always ready earlier than expected.
