RecommendedHonestly, if you are just looking for a place to workout, don't go here. However, if you are looking for a community, a family, a group of people that will be there for you every step of the way, become a member here. The coaches are nothing short of amazing, each one bringing a different approach and attitude, but all working together to make working out fun, exciting, and something you'll look forward to every day. I would give Icehouse ten stars if I could. It's not just a gym, it's a second family

CrossFit Icehouse is the best. Sara & Courtney are the sole reason I have stuck with it for so long. I tend to get bored or frustrated when exercising but they and the culture they've created have made it incredibly easy to stay motivated!
