This gym has been a great new part of my life over the course of the past year. There is a class for everyone- whether you want full CrossFit or need some yoga with a HIIT workout; there is something for everyone! Come check it out!

CrossFit Icehouse has changed my life! I never thought I would consider myself an athelete...
