I was very nervous to try this because I rarely work out. All the staff were very friendly and not intimidating at all. I see how people can say that crossFit is like a cult. � All the members I met were very encouraging as well and the best part is you all high five at the end. It was a great way to end the day and I look forward to seeing what it is like to start the day there.

Such a fun place to really step up your fitness! Each workout is adaptable to your level or experience, or lack of.
Crossfit Icehouse has wonderful coaches that know how to push individuals while making it alot of fun. The crossfit community there is wonderful, the people are awesome! If you are a beginner or a long term crossfitter this is a wonderful box to train at!
I've only been at Crossfit Icehouse for a couple months now, but I love it! Everyone is very helpful and supportive. The coaches are very encouraging during your workouts. Just the right amount of push. It's the solid, structured workout I had been needing!
Such a great place. Just finished a workout, Sara came up with the perfect balance of fun and challenge. Five stars aren't enough, but that's all they let me give. :-)
