Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! I had a major conundrum this past winter and it involved me buying a new home, massive snow storms and major ice dams. After I moved in My home, 6 days later it started to pour water into my ceilings in multiple rooms. What a nightmare. I couldn't get anyone out quick enough. That is until I called the ice dam guys. These guys were wonderful, they came quick, worked real hard under dangerous conditions with over 5' of snow on my roof. They kept me informed of what they were doing every step of the way and they didn't leave until my roof was clear. I will continue to use this company as long as they are in business.

The winter we had in Massachusetts this year was insane. There was no way for us to keep up clearing the snow and ice from our roof. The Ice Dam Guys were great to work with. From the first phone call, to the crew coming and removing the snow and ice everything was professional and well done. Thanks

Thanks for coming and bailing us out this winter. Glad I made the call when I did, I can't imagine how much water damage I would have had had I waited it out. I was not expecting you to get someone out there so quickly. I made the call and someone was at my house only a few hours later. Thanks!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! In February we had over 90 inches of snow! With water pouring through my ceiling I called you guys for help. I was told somebody would be out as soon as possible. Three hours later in the dark a truck pulled up to my house. Your crew worked for almost four hours to clear my roof in the dark. I have no hesitancy giving the Ice Dam Guys a 5 star review for the help they provided to my mother during a very difficult stretch of weather in Boston recently. We were buried under a record breaking amount of snow, and ice dams became a huge problem for many, including my mother. The Ice Dam Guys were quick to respond to her call, extremely professional and thorough. They were careful to not damage her roof and shrubs below, and explained the whole process to her beforehand. We highly recommend them!

I had no damage after the Ice Dam Guys got rid of my thick ice dams. They are not cheap but my neighbors are still dealing with contractors and household disruption 5 months later! I have peace of mind that I don't have dents in my roof from other companies with hammers.
