Excellent experience. I "cold called" Ozzie at 6:30 p.m. for an a/c repair after a tenant reported a problem. He was willing to do a service call at 8:00 p.m., however we determined the issue could wait for the morning. The next morning he arrived within the scheduled time frame, diagnosed and completed the work for a fair price. I so appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to go out for a service call for a total stranger who contacted him out of the blue.

I had Ozzy and his crew from Ice City AC replace my 1950s era ductwork and install a mini split for me. The estimate came in far below the other two I obtained. The work was done in two days. The work crew was polite and tidy. My future AC business will go to this company.

We had an excellent experience with this AC technician! He came after 11 p.m. because we asked him to, as we have small children, and he truly cared about helping us. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in just one hour, and gave us a one-year warranty for his work. We are so grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and quick response. Highly recommend his services!

Super responsive, techs were extremely knowledgeable; Ozzy explained everything along the way to offset any potential language barriers onsite. Also very quick and efficient service. Rarity in Miami to have a provider take care of things so professionally.
