Terrible, very unprofessional and troubling experience! I took a bridesmaid dress to Ianni's Tailoring shop to be shortened a few inches. This dress was backordered and I didn't have much time to get this alteration done prior to a destination wedding. However, I was assured that this would be no problem. When I went to pick up my dress and came to find that my dress had been completely destroyed.
