This is the worst IAA for picking up cars! The loader works like he is doing you a favor not like he is getting paid to get the job done. I was waiting for over one hour for my car, just me at the parking lot, nobody else and it took me a hour to get my car because he was busy talking with his friend. The front desk is fine, the lady called him on the radio about two times and he finally moved his body and got a attitude when he finally came to load the car up. Unbelievable! This is unbelievable!
My cars tail lights were stolen while at IAA, I contacted them multiple times, they said they would look into but never any answers were given and then they stopped replying to me. Horrible experience with guys. I would recommend looking at other options.
