The staff was very helpful and guided me in the right direction from the beginning. Most of the things are handled online from their website. The appointment itself was seamless and Dr. Agrawal made my mom feel very comfortable. She appreciated how he handled the appointment as well. I would recommend the service definitely.
I was really amazed by the process. Their website FAQ provides all the information in advance, and the whole experience was very easy. I ordered labs through their website and got my vaccine covered by insurance. Once they received the results, they reached out to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Dr. Agarwal was very polite, and it took hardly 10 minutes to receive the sealed envelope along with a digital copy. I highly recommend this service.
