Where are you?. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and put up with all my questions. I have never had such a courtesy, polite young man work in my home before, he was knowledgeable and took care to clean afterwards. The company went beyond an A+ rating. The parts they use are high quality and they guarantee their work. I can’t say enough nice things about this company which was recommended by my neighbor.
This company is the very BEST in all ways. Customer service, explaining what they are doing, timeliness in responding and answering questions. They worked directly with the insurance company, took and sent pictures to them and followed up with us for any questions or concerns. I give them an A+ for everything.
