Supportive instructors, great workout -- its a blast! The hour flies by!
If you are looking for a hard, fun workout, this is it! I am not self-motivated when it comes to exercise, so it's hard for me to find something that gives me a good workout, but that's enjoyable as well. I can genuinely say that I LOVE kickboxing! One thing that I especially love is that if you're self-conscious at all about exercising around other people, this is a great place to be. ILKB has changed my life! The instructors are awesome and welcoming and they really care about your weight loss journey. Kickboxing is so much fun that it doesn't even feel like a workout! AND I've lost about 20 pounds since I've joined!
