Beginners Welcome ILKB is amazing!! The staff is so friendly and motivating and the workouts are phenomenal. I cant believe I lost 16lbs in only 4 weeks, this is the best hour of my day.. I would recommend this to EVERYONE!!!

Went to my first class the other night night and it was amazing. Such an encouraging environment especially for someone at a negitive fitness level. The trainers and the other people in class were so wonderful! I have already gone back for more!
I Love Kickboxing Omaha West I am always so nervous to try something new. But the instructors make you feel welcome and are very supportive. The other members are also very supportive. I have never felt as comfortable working out as I do at I Love Kickboxing. Who knew that working out could be so much fun!

Awesome place I have been going to ILoveKickboxing.com for awhile now and I still love the workouts. The instructors are awesome and upbeat. The atmosphere is very welcoming and non-judgmental. Would recommend 10/10.
