Ilovekickboxing has helped me lose fat and gain muscle. The hours flys by and I'm always excited to go to class. By far the best workout I have ever had.
I have never been to a more positive, upbeat gym or class. The staff are amazing - they push the best out of you in a supportive and kind way. I'm building muscle, having fun, and and have probably lost close to 2 inches!
No experience necessary! This place is addictive! I started at less than a beginner level fitness and I can feel myself getting stronger with each workout. The instructors are amazing and offer great individual feedback on how I can get the most out of my workout. I can tell they want the best for me! Everyone is very encouraging and motivating to each other. I love my kickboxing family!
Incredible instructors all they do is encourage you, which pushes you to only be better and not mention you get a killer workout at the same time! I am so happy and proud to be a member! I highly recommend.
I love kickboxing is a fun yet intense workout! The trainers are awesome and very motivating. If you are like me and need motivation, I highly recommend ILKB! I have been a member for about a month now and I am already noticing a difference.
I've never written a review of anything. Ever. This place is so amazing I'm willing to get my opinion out here for strangers! The staff and other members are so welcoming and motivating. My first class I knew nobody and that didn't stop them from getting me included right away. I've tried other workout routines and gyms - you know, where the crazy person is yelling at you through a microphone to do the same movement the whole class? No way. When you're here you're family. Everyone is there to support you and push you to your goals. You'll bust your tail and you'll walk away proud of yourself. I love this place! I love the people!
I am so impressed with ILKB and so glad I joined this kickboxing family! The instructors are amazing, supportive, and want to see you succeed. The gym is clean, the workout is fun and very challenging. Every class leaves me wanting more!!!
