iLoveKickboxing has truly been life changing to me. People may think “really, life changing?” I can tell you that it is has. I have had a lot of medical issues where at a drop of a dime I pass out when I do any kind of exercise. I found iLoveKickboxing and the instructors to be awesome. ilovekickboxing - West Omaha is amazing! The instructors, the facility, the other members - all fantastic! The instructors have a great way of making you feel like family but will push you hard to help you accomplish your goals. Plus, you get to take out everyday stresses on a bag! They give you tips about daily diet and keeping motivated and focused. I highly recommend ilovekickboxing - West Omaha!
To the best work out you'll get anywhere. The staff is amazing and the workout is hard but really really fun

I love kickboxing is a high energy, fast paced and challenging workout that whips you into shape! The workout is intense from beginning to end- you’ll work muscles you didn’t even know existed. The amazing instructors, positive atmosphere, and flexible class schedules keeps me coming back- I’m hooked!
Ilovekickboxing is amazing. I've never worked out at a place before where the staff genuinely cared about my over all well being. All the instructors are motivational and want you to succeed in your health goals and don't mind giving tips or encouragement to help you get there. Every one is friendly, the facility and equipment are always clean and in working condition. I know every time I go I'm in for an awesome workout. It's hard... But so much fun I keep going back for more.
