I literally love iLoveKickboxing workouts. I have been working out from past 3 years in gym but this place takes fitness to all new level. I have never felt so awesome during and after my workout. They do monthly assessment of your FITNESS journey so that you don't loose track. Staff here always welcome you with the biggest and warmest smile ever. I can't thank you guys enough for making me feel so GOOD. Can’t recommend it enough!!!

I love kickboxing is the best!!! The instructors are so motivating and encouraging! It's more then just a great workout, ILKB is a second family. Since becoming a member i have never felt so confident and strong!

Joining and actively taking part in ILoveKickboxing Philly has been one of the best decisions that I have made for my self in a really long time. First off, the fitness element: I say this to every newbie I come across, "the workout will kick your butt, but it will be worth it." I was looking for something different when I joined... Boy did I get it!!! I've never sweated so much and love how great I feel afterwards, in only an hour you work every muscle!!! Everyone there from the amazing staff to the members are super friendly, who encourage and support one another!!

9 months in and i still go to a class 3x per week. The trainers are awesome, always bringing positive lively energy. The trainers are the reason i return week after week.

I've been with ILKB Philly for almost a year and I love it! I go 3 times a week and every class is different and a challenge. I love the variety in the workouts and that you're actually dripping sweat! I'm not super athletic and while the classes are challenging, they're not impossible. The instructors are awesome at motivating and pushing. Classes are something I look forward to - and I don't dread going. I never liked exercise. I never felt a runner's high. I didn't get excited about going to gym. However, my teenage metabolism is no longer and I needed to be proactive. The classes, the instructors, and all of the people that go here are so great. I have never been so comfortable working out anywhere. ILKB has made me feel less stressed in every day life - I always leave with a smile on my face!
