They charged almost $700 but never shipped my order. Multiple emails, phone calls, voice message left unanswered. Disputing transaction via credit card.
Ship the freaking product when someone orders it
I ordered a part on June 14th and still don't have it, but they sure have my money. They don't return phone calls very quickly either....STILL WAITING!

I was cold. And then I bought a hot tub from I Heart Hot Tubs. After getting in the hot tub, I wasn't cold. Not even a little bit. I got out of the hot tub to make sure it was still cold outside...AND IT WAS. I got back in the hot tub and I was super warm again. 5-stars to I Heart Hot Tubs because being cold when you want to be hot is lame and these guys are the anti-lame.
